When instructed to act for a landlord in relation to a review at one of their properties Redbrook Commercial will aim to ensure that any rental increase is a reflection of current market conditions.

1. Property Inspection & Measured Survey – Inspection and measurement of the property in line with RICS standards in order to ensure that the correct floor areas are being used.
